The image shows a post elevated 3.5 feet above a concrete base, highlighting its vertical placement.

We were contacted by a homeowner in Meridian, MS concerning her front porch, carport and driveway.  They had experienced water issues for years which had caused their porch, carport and driveway to settle over 3 1/2 inches. The owners had placed 4×4’s under the posts to keep the post in contact with the concrete and to help carry the load of the carport and porch.  After an onsite inspection, it was determined that our HMI High Density Polyurethane Foam would be an ideal repair.  The other option was to remove the concrete and have it replaced which would be expensive, messy and very time consuming.  They would also not be able to use their carport or front door for a while.

We began injecting foam around noon on a Thursday and finished injecting just after noon on Friday.  The voids were larger than anticipated, but we were able to lift their concrete with our HMI Polyurethane Foam.  The homeowners were very pleased with the process because it was faster than replacement, cleaner than replacement and considerably cheaper than replacement.
